# 与自由职业者协作

为自由职业者提供工作所需的准确访问权限，让他们在需要时挂载驱动器，并在工作结束后干净地移除权限。

**结果：** 自由职业者可以在 Shade 中完成工作；如果需要编辑，可以挂载驱动器，而不会看到其他客户的工作，并且在工作结束时，你可以一步移除他们的访问权限。

**适用于：** 引入外部剪辑师、调色师、声音设计师或助理的管理员和制片人。

**时间：** 每位自由职业者大约 5 分钟。

## 选择合适的角色

| 自由职业者需要                 | 使用                   |
| ----------------------- | -------------------- |
| 从已挂载的驱动器中编辑，仅限特定驱动器或文件夹 | **承包方** （付费席位）       |
| 在浏览器中查看或上传到少数几个文件夹      | **访客** （无席位）         |
| 仅抓取一次文件，或仅上传一次          | 一个已发布的 **链接** （无需账户） |

承包方是工作区用户，不属于默认驱动器继承的一部分，因此他们只能看到你添加给他们的内容，包括他们挂载驱动器时也是如此。访客不能挂载驱动器。参见 [访客与工作区成员](https://academy.shade.inc/sharing-and-collaboration/guests-vs-workspace-members).

### 以合适的角色邀请他们

对于需要 ShadeFS 的剪辑师，将其作为 **承包方**邀请到工作区。对于仅浏览器查看的审阅者，跳过工作区邀请，并使用其电子邮件地址共享文件夹，这样他们就会成为访客。

### 仅授予工作所需内容的访问权限

与自由职业者共享特定驱动器，或者更好地，共享特定项目文件夹，并在可行的最低层级进行共享：

* **编辑** 用于剪辑和导出
* **评论** 用于审阅
* **下载** 仅用于拉取文件

任何能够访问驱动器内内容的人都能看到驱动器名称，因此请确保驱动器名称对客户安全。
